[ early on Sunday morning, a message goes out across the Warp Band network:

PARTY TODAY @ THE PARK

- come hang out with everyone and relax - it's going all day + into the evening, turn up whenever - try to bring something! food is always good but otherwise you can just bring a picnic blanket + napkins and stuff like that - totsuka's doing music things, music people should bring instruments - fireworks at night!!!!! - ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY, I WILL FIND YOU - see you there, have fun :)

[It doesn't take long for a rather energetic Eevee with a giant purple boy to spot the tiny Foongus in a tie. Naomi had shifted earlier on out of habit, and was trotting around when she saw him. She let's out an excited cry, all but skipping over to Fongus.

She's not the best dancer but she'll certainly play with him.]

[The Foongus chirped in delight when he saw the Eevee bounding over in his direction. Though there was a distinct size difference between them, he didn't flinch at all--

Rather, he offered an awkwardly charming little bow and held out a stubby little arm.

Excellent choice, young one. Do you want to go fast or slow?]

[It would probably best to go slow at first, less chance of stepping on feet.

His little bow makes her giggle, and she gives her own little bow, mostly because curtsying was not a thing she could do in this form.

Of course her dancing is more hopping then anything.]

[Orpheus' moves are as elegant as he could manage-- for an eight inch mushroom upon whom the Gods bestowed tiny arms and an utter lack of feet. Fast, slow, it didn't matter to him.

But this Eevee sure was cute, and fun.]

[She hops around Orpheus, before standing up on her hind legs and holding out her paw to him.]

C'mon, I'll spin you!

[Charmed by her daring moves, Orpheus makes a delighted chirp and sashayed over--

He'll follow your lead, cutie. Do what you want.]

[She giggles a little again, spinning her dancing partner before twirling herself.

Letting her lead might not be the best idea, unless Orpheus wants to get dizzy.]

[He could handle it-- his last dance partner was this stuffy little Vulpix who acted like she was too good for the dance floor. This Eevee? Was awesome!]

[She'd have to say he was quite awesome himself. So far no one's kept up with her.

She keeps spinning until she can't stand straight. Then she rolls onto her back, laughing uncontrollably. Then - in a flash - where the Eevee was is now a young girl in a sundress, leggings and large bow. She stifles her giggles behind her hands, rolling onto her stomach and looking at the Foongus. Her ears twitch a little, tail swaying from side to side happily.]

This is fun!
