Has anyone ever bonded with a Pokémon and realized that they simply don't...fit? Their typing, their personality, whatever?

I've a Klink I've had for a few months now and he just isn't...I'm not sure he's happy here. I don't seem to understand him like I do everyone else and he just doesn't seem happy with me.

I'd say so. I mean, I've never had a Pokemon made of gears, but that seems affectionate?
