For a moment, he glances aside to a photo sitting on a desk, before he speaks again.]

I'm gonna cut straight to business, here. Been thinkin' about shit for the past month, really. And I wanna ask...

How d'you go about gettin' into the Rangers?

That's exactly why I became a trainer, so I completely understand. I'm...still working on what comes next though. But...the rangers seem like a bad choice for me personally.
