Pantsu Part 10: A Helping Hand [video]

[Someone is playing with a certain scaly vagabond's warp band when the feed comes on. There's an echoed giggle and the band sort of bobs up and down like it's being made to float. For a second you get a screen full of Pumpkaboo. Looks like Eclair decided to get a little mischievous today like she's ever not.]

[Eiji is off in the distance a bit, sitting on top of a great big Mamoswine. He appears to be strapping a bunch of building supplies and other useful things to him to transport them to the other side of town.]

There you go, Gamel. We've still got a lot of work to do, but things are really coming along!

[He pulls on a strap to make sure it's secure. He's in the process of checking another- unlooping it and relooping it when he continues:]

When we're done here, we'll have a big dinner for all your heard work, okay? I-- Waugh!

[Gamel lifts his head in a very abrupt way. Clearly the mention of food got his attention more than anything else. FOOD??? THERE IS FOOD? WHERE IS THE FOOD?????? He takes off running with Eiji haphazardly trying to cling on for dear life. ]

GaaAAAAMMMEEEELLL!!!

[LOOK OUT UNION THERE IS AN ELEPHANT LOOKING FOR FOOD. Eiji would just leap off and fly to safety but he's stuck holding the straps down so they don't lose all their supplies. HELP? ]

[He'd actually wandered after him primarily out of sheer boredom-- he was getting real sick of hanging out in the Shrine all day like an invalid, by this point. So when Gamel took off running, he took his time in getting some kind of snack, and then carefully headed them off with it in his hand. He stands there, some manner of food in an outstretched palm, and a bored look on his face.]

You'd think that by now you'd know what to not say around him.

[She may be on the island still, and the video shows her rather plainly in a bathing suit sitting on the back of a Torkoal. She's giving Eiji one of those looks.]

Eiji...you didn't...

[A massive Snorlax that, oddly or terrifyingly, is more muscle than fat, leaps in front of Gamel. If you want to pass, you'll have to get through it]

[ Someone's making a ruckus. Haruka, coming out of a shop, looks over just in time to see the swine plow by. Huh. That's.....huh.

At her feet, a dainty Vulpix also watches, her own expression even more impassive than her Trainer's (who mostly looks surprised). What. Nobody expects her to do something about this, does she? ] Vul.

[ Oh would you look at that. That might just be a certain blonde coming away from a food stand with large bag full of snacks, both for Pokemon and herself. She doesn't exactly realize that there's a Mamoswine on the hunt for some food, because she's distracted herself properly with the smell that's permeating from the bag. ]

Oh gosh, this smells so good...

[ Luna, the female Meowstic that's sitting on Usagi's shoulder, does hear the sound of trampling hooves heading their way and looks up and both she and Pinky start trying to get Usagi to MOVE IT OR LOSE IT ]

H-hey! You guys don't have to be so rough! I'm not going to eat everything!

[ TOTALLY MISSING THE POINT but that's to be expected of her... ]

[Well that Manoswine certainly caught the attention of someone from the Swords]

Whoa-! Slow down!

[Ky called out before he realized the person hanging on wasn't in control and starts to bolt after with a Venusaur and Ampharos following after]

Jacob! Lasso the Manoswine, Isaac and I will try to get the rider.

[The Venusaur gave him a strange look before lashing out with is vines, trying to wrap around the tusks]

[There was a noise coming from behind him. A strange noise...something he wasn't used to. A sort of...lumbering rumbling that was slowly getting louder, enough so that he turned around in time to jump out of the way of a Mamoswine which was taking off full speed down the street. Basil had followed Matthias' lead and skittered up his shoulder to look at the Pokemon as it barreled away, the two sharing a look of complete bewilderment before they tore off after it. Thankfully Matthias was swift enough that he could at least run up alongside the Mamoswine so he could shout to the poor man clinging desperately to what he could only assume was his own Pokemon.]

Sir! Are you alright? We'll have your Pokemon slowed down soon, but I need to know if you're injured at all before we do anything!
