(no subject)
Who: Fei, Elly, Eiji, Ky and Feliks
When: 1/28-1/30
What: The Forest Shrine is experiencing a bit of a growth spurt, and a few Unionites have taken it upon themselves to investigate what could be causing it.
Warnings: None (yet).
The Pokémon in the Verdant Forest were restless. It didn't take a Kindred Soul to see that. Their movements were erratic, and they shied away from humans more than normal. There was an air of confusion that hung heavily through the forest, the local fauna spooked about something--something they themselves didn't quite understand.
The trek was relatively easy, until they got close to the Forest Shrine itself. The forest curled around itself, old trees casting odd shadows behind them. After a while the Pokémon disappeared altogether, and brought the sun with them, the lush, full canopy blotting it out like a burning plague. It was as if they were in a new world, detached from the realms of reality that they once knew. Thorny vines wrapped their way around impossibly large tree trunks.
Was there a shrine here once, or were they hopelessly lost? It was truly hard to say.
