[Nozomi made sure that the errand she sent Eri on would keep her busy for the entire day. After all, she would need all the time that she could get to gather up everything and decorate properly for the holiday. She usually didn't make the effort, as the holiday was usually a bit of a bittersweet time for her--the Fey family was warm and welcoming, but this time of year really made her nostalgic and wistful.

Throughout the day, she can be found flitting around the business district, Mithra, Coeus, Saturahiko, Helen and Ishtar following behind. She needed anyone and everyone who could carry things to assist her, after all.

Those that know Nozomi might also notice something... different. There is a powerful aura about her--not menacing or imposing by any means, but certainly something that commands respect. Her hair, which was only waist-length before, dangles close to her knees, and is more violet than black. Her eyes have a bit of a glow as well, although subtle, and she looks much paler even in the light of late autumn.]

[That was the last of it. Hair tied to the side and out of her way, Nozomi wiped her forehead as she looked over her handiwork. It was all done. There was something delicious baking in the oven, and tea ready to be served whenever a certain someone got home. A small undecorated tree--she left it that way for a reason--sat in the corner, with a few wrapped boxes underneath, and garland and other things decorated their home.

She was actually starting to get into the Salvation Day spirit. Maybe she would have Maya and Jinxie over later, too. Or some other people. That could be fun.

Now all she had to do was wait.]

[Did someone order a pack mule? Because that is basically one of Eiji's best jobs. He's got a good collection of things in his hands, trailing beside Nozomi's pokemon.]

[He certainly noticed the change in her today. He didn't ask, but he had a feeling he knew what was up. Seemed like a lot of people were evolving here lately.]

Not yet, but I'm not sure I have the space for one. I'd love to have a tree, but I don't think I'm gonna find one the right size.

Hmm, baked yams and green bean casseroles are my favorite. Ah- but we're getting a lot of interesting things from Caldera these days. Have you ever had roast before?

We could try to move things in the shop around a little. If not, then perhaps we can decorate the whole shop like a tree?

I guess we could put the tree down in the shop, huh? I was hoping if I got one that I could keep it in the apartment. Ericchi's never had a proper Salvation holiday, so I wanted to go all out with decorations for her.

[This is a busy time for a certain birdy girl too: the moment she learned of this holiday she made a mental list of all the people she knows to prepare sweets and gifts too. The costumes for their performance could count as gifts but that would be an easy way out, wouldn't it? she'd rather give them another gift for this special occasion, even if it's just a snack.

In any case, it's by sheer coincidence that they meet on the brunette girl's way back from shopping.]

[Is that Nozomi? she looks like her, moves like her, speaks like her but there is something different that she can't exactly pinpoint which makes her hesitate in calling the other girl out. She is Nozomi, right?]

[She could sense someone watching before she actually saw her and, turning, Nozomi blinked a few times. What was that look for?

She smiles after a few seconds.]

Kotori? What are you doing here?

[Nozomi's voice calling her name is enough to snap her out of her dazzled state. Her expression is still a bit worried at the change even if she can't pinpoint exactly what is different in her more than it reminds the little bird of Rei when they first met.]

Eh? ah, I was just out shopping for the holidays.

[She lifts one of her shopping bags as if to prove her words true.]

Are you doing the same?

[She was acting a bit strangely, but Nozomi wasn't one to press the issue. Not now, at least.

Nozomi also held up a bag.]

Yep! Who are you shopping for? Anybody special?

Something like that, I'm getting ingredients to make gifts for everyone.

[Another young lady out doing some Salvation shopping notices something unusual - even if she's only met Nozomi in passing, there's a definite twinge in her Psychic senses as the other girl passes. The Gardevoir critiquing clothes with her also turns and notices. Himiko hasn't felt anything quite like this from an Enlightened before.]

[The parade of Pokémon following her is a secondary curiosity.]

[In the interest of not just staring, Rise calls out.]

[Nozomi stops and turns. She knows she knows this person, but she can't quite place the name or the face--

Wait, someone from the Soulfasting festival maybe? She had met so many people, so it was entirely possible.]

Well, I wanted to warn you about Himiko here staring at you. None of my Pokémon have any shame.

[Himiko does, at least, turn to look at Rise and project whatever the emotion for "you're one to talk" is.]

[Nozomi blinks a few times, then pauses.]

Oh, right, I remember now! You two got together, huh?

You're giving off a lot of...what's the right word? Pressure? You're really impressing her, anyway.

And yeah, that was actually our first date, so good call there.
