[Banzu's mildly annoyed that he was beaten to this post by someone else (who's not charging, which is a hard price to beat), but after spending the night cleaning up a shelving unit that had fallen over and blocked the only door out of the room, securing it and all the other ones to the wall, and being continually woken up by aftershocks, he'd needed some sleep.]

If you had any equipment or machines break, get in touch with me and I'll see what I can do about fixing them. I won't make promises if it's really broken, but I can take a look at it and tell you what I think.

It might be a problem with the grid in your area. Is the whole tower out? If it is I probably won't be able to do anything for you, but I can come check it out anyway.

Think my floor might be - not the whole tower

in tower 4 near the industrial district

Okay. I'll come over and see what I can do. No charge if I can't fix it.

Given its the floor, I'll get some out of the neighbors if you can.

[And a while later Banzu and his Klink are at the tower's main entrance, Banzu with a toolbox in hand.]

[ Mel's been chatting up other people on her floor whilst carrying around a lantern to see better. There is sunlight, but the floor is right near the industrial district and is mostly one room apartments all closely knit together. You know, she has no idea where the circuits are here... ]

Thought I'd responded to this already. Oops.

[Banzu makes his way up the stairs, opening the door onto each floor to check if the lights are on. Once he finds the floor that's out, he steps into the hallway and speaks to the first person he sees, which happens to be Mel.]

You know where the maintenance spaces on this floor are?

Oh, fast.

[ She recognizes the voice. And she blinks before- ] End of this hall, I think. Door's locked though and I don't actually know who's got the key.

This is probably important enough that we can skip looking for them.

[He turns on his own light and heads down the hall, mentally running through the possibilities for why this particular floor is out.]

You able to pick a lock, or do I gotta drop your name for why the door broke?

[ It's a light joke. Sort of. It's been enough a while that she's feeling less tense than she could ]
