This is Cordelia. It may not look it, but that brings me to the reason why I'm making this broadcast. Does anyone recognize this face? It isn't mine, and yet I woke up with it, along with a few other... surprises. But I have been led to believe that people have switched bodies, as strange as that sounds? I would very much like to know where mine has gotten to. And that whoever has this--

[Is she really saying this? She's saying this. She blushes a bit.]

[Well, this was odd to say the least. Didn't this sort of thing only happen in books? Even still, when Cordelia woke up that morning, she immediately felt a bit off. Heavy, if you will. Further investigation--and a fifteen minute long freak out that likely woke up everyone on her floor--proved that she wasn't the only one that swapped overnight.

But did it have to be a man?

Did that mean a man was in her--

She didn't want to think about that.

Things would need to be done. She would have to go to the rangers, notify them of the change and take an emergency vacation; there was no way she was going to work like this. Thankfully, whoever she switched with was around the same height, so clothing wasn't too much of an issue.

Throwing on a loose-fitting pair of brown pants and an equally loose button-down shirt, Cordelia set out toward HQ, her first stop. The next, the library--maybe something like this had happened before, and they had records.]

I don't even know where to begin with trying to figure out what caused this.

Neither do I. I never thought something like this was possible.

It's a new one on me too. I'm gonna head over to the library, see if I can find anything.

[SIGHS. As much as Kuranosuke looks exasperated, at least he's already tended to making Cordelia's body at the very least look decent.]

You've got good hair, by the way.

[Well this was awkward. Cordelia, who was much less put together than Kuranosuke was at this time (washed face, hair thrown up quickly and out of the way, and wearing whatever clothes she could find that would fit), moved closer to the camera.]

This is a bit awkward to say the least.

You're tellin' me. This is the weirdest thing I've ever seen.

I'm not sure anyone knows. It seems most of the city was affect. There are at least three people out in my squad, myself included, because of this!

[She sounds a bit miffed. Never mind there's some strange body snatchers out there, she's gonna miss work.]

'Squad', huh? Man, no wonder you're barely dressed, you're one of those types.

Hey, look, don't work my body too hard. If all the damage lingers, I'm not dealing with a week of soreness.

[He sighs, shaking his head.]

Someone's gotta figure it out. Look, you're cute and all, but I'm not really into having this much hair.

Barely dressed? But, this is how I normally dress...

[It's practical.]

[That gets a bit of a reaction out of her, her eyes widening a little bit, and she smiles nervously.]

I think you may be mistaken about that, I am hardly cute. If anything, I get confused for a man more than anything--not that I particularly care about that.

[Oh, she cares. From that tone of voice, it might be a bit of a sore spot, even.]

Are you looking at your own face right now?

I'm right here, girl. Eyes like these and you get confused for a guy?

What are you wearing when that happens, flour sacks?

The same thing that I'm wearing right now. This is what I usually wear. I usually keep my hair tied back. It gets tangled if it's down while I am flying.

Hey! Fashion and function are not two different things.

If you wanna knock their socks off, you've gotta dress like the knock-out you are!

Or at least give it some effort when you're off duty.

I don't know a thing about fashion.
