[ The feed comes up with Asch and two little baby dragon types with in arms. ]
Alright, listen.... why does this one [ lifting the newly bonded deino ] keep trying to bite this one [ lowering the deino and lifting the axew. ]
--because I'm not putting up with anymore biting.
[ The smaller dragon coos, Axew whining as the other Pokemon nips in his direction. ]
Anybody know? [ Asch, the man of few words... he doesn't like asking for help but for the sake of these two Pokemon he can't seem to let his stubbornness affect someone's life-- that life being the tiny little Axew. ]

Scarlet doesn't spend much time on this side of the mansion but Alto does. [ Looking over to his Minun. ] Axew goes to work with me while these two stay home most days.

Does Deino like Luke?
[She can already tell he likes Asch.]

[Pamela chuckles a bit.]
How often does he deserve it?

Anyway, I've been thinking... Deino and Axew are both baby Pokemon, right? I don't exactly know how old Deino is but I'm guessing young. How do you figure out the age of a Pokemon?
[She pauses and considers that question.]
The Pokemon's level is one indicator...although some don't level up very quickly whereas others progress extremely quickly. And with some it depends on the strength of their bond with their trainer...
[She shakes her head. She doesn't really know, since her studies have been more into Pokemon evolution and the plants they eat rather than on their ages.]
You would probably be best off asking an Analyst or someone with the appropriate medical training if you want to determine their age. Just because they're in the first stage of their evolutionary line doesn't necessarily mean they're very young. My Vileplume stayed as an Oddish for a long time and only evolved after I started traveling with her and training her more.
