Asemu was hard at work. There was a unique need for Enlightened who could fly, and Asemu fit that bill perfectly -- he'd been flying for a few months now, and he was quite strong after all the training he had done. So a lot of the construction at higher altitudes was left to him and his birds.

But that didn't mean he didn't come down on the ground. After all, he had to get the materials from somewhere. He was spending almost as much time on his feet as he was in the air.
