So I'm wondering if there's anybody around who is skilled at crafting items. I've been looking around for a certain item, a "Razor Claw", specifically. I have the ability to teach Pokemon special attacks that they might not otherwise know, I'd be happy to tutor a Pokemon in exchange for the item.

Most of the engineers I've met are pretty nice, I'm sure if nothing else someone would be willing to craft one for you.

I'm worried about him damaging something before that happens.

What about having him run around in the habitat when he gets that way?

Probably a good idea but the workers there tell me he's always acting out when he's sent back.

What about having him train with another one of your pokemon? I'm sure Jakša could handle him.

Jakša has made perfectly clear that she'd be happy to assist him with that. I'm not trying to break every bone in his body, though.

Is evolving him a good idea? Maybe you should wait until he matures a little more.

He won't get to evolve until he learns to behave. But he'll know I have the ability to evolve him at any time.

So you're going to con him into being nice?

Not at all. He has to prove himself consistently capable of behaving properly before he'll be entrusted with it.

That makes sense. That's why Puck hasn't evolved yet either.

I can make one, but I'd need to take a rain check on that offer of tutoring.

If you don't mind, I'm fine with that. I'd definitely like the claw a bit more immediately though, if that's OK.

It's an item that increases the critical strike capabilities of a Pokemon, but more importantly is part of what helps Sneasel evolve.
