Marukyu Tofu's been Union's biggest vegetarian chain for years now. It's all made fresh with family recipes and the prices aren't bad.

If you're okay with pretty basic tofu and the sauces you can get for free, it's cheaper than most other meals you can buy here. Even the high-end stuff costs less than high-end meat just because it's easier to farm than ranch.
