How EGG-citing! video;

[Eren appears on camera for the first time in what seems like forever. Fig the Sigilyph, now a small adult, is perched on his shoulder, turning his one big blue eye to look at the object in Eren's arms.

It's an egg. Probably? It's more round than oval shaped, and it seems to be made of wax. Wax that's melting, just a bit. Infrequently, a light pulses from inside]

So uh... this egg. I got it as a bonus for all the work during that stuff with the tree people, but the breeder didn't tell me anything about it melting. Is it supposed to be doing that?

[Fig chirps, then speaks in a psychic voice -- in common human tongue, no less -- for all to hear] Mommy, mommy!! I don't hear anything coming from inside it, no! So I don't think it's hatching... but it's still alive! ... I think. It's hard to tell...

[Which is why Eren is concerned. He makes no mention of being called "Mommy" by his other egg baby there]

The breeder did say it was a ghost type, so maybe that's why it doesn't feel... uh... alive? Does anyone know about this? I'm not sure what to do to make it stop dripping.

Are you certain that it's a Ghost type? It could be an inorganic Pokémon capable of egg laying such as a Geodude?

Yeah, I'm certain! ... Well. Maybe not 100%. That's what the breeder told me.

Litwick? That sounds familiar. Is it a ghost type?

Ghost/Fire type, yeah. I don't know much else about them though, unfortunately. My typing makes getting up close and personal with wild ghosts a little more risky for me than it is for most people.

Ghost and... fire? I guess that explains the light. Do they... look like a candle? [because THAT would explain the wax]

Well, for the first week I had it, it was just... normal. It was kind of waxy, but it didn't melt or glow or anything like that.

Yeah. It usually takes about two weeks.

That [Ace points with his thumb at his pokemon] is the evolution of a Litwick, a Lampent. He used to be a little white candle before

Oh. A candle that evolves into a lamp. I guess.... that makes sense. Sort of.

Maya says they eat spiritual energy. Is that true?

Yeah.... it was weird seeing him evolve but he's still pretty cute

[Candle dances at the compliment, which just looks like a lamp swinging from side to side]

yup! they eat up your energy and their flames get bigger. When I train with this guy his flame always gets brighter, it's pretty cool to see

So... do you ever feel like... negative effects from that?
