Pokémingle 2: The Pokémingling

It's another lovely summer day! It's later in summer now and as the excitement from the previous weeks die down, another sign goes up in the local park...

Pokémingle!! Back by popular demand!

It's an open event for Pokémon of any kind! Play games, walk together, and relax in the sun! Trainers, let your Pokémon take the day off! Let's make Pokéfriends!! (^_^)

((Pokémingle returns! While the base premise is that it's a relaxing day at a park, feel free to respond with other top-level comments with what else your Pokémon might be doing around Union. No real rules about top-level threads, so if you want to include all of your Pokémon in one thread or do separate ones for a few Pokémon, go ahead. (Try not to make top-levels for 15 different Pokémon though if possible.) No trainers allowed!! Or at least, minimal trainer interference!

[ Oh, that's a relief. Well, Pinky was always taught never to be rude to strangers, so she raises her own paw to shake in greeting. ]

And it's a shake. A paw shake ]

[ Oh. Not only is she naturally pink, she's now got a bit of red on her cheeks from the compliment.

Puffy, on the other hand, is just watching with a growing irritation as Pinky paw shakes in return with a smile. ]

[ Thank you! I've never been called pretty before. ]

[ Well that is a shame! Your fur is quite exceptional in terms of it's luster.

He says this with a charming voice, or an attempt at it in the form of jiggles. He's trying to be cool after all. His paw takes hold of his unlit cigar to talk better ]

[ It doesn't bother Pinky, as all she can ever say is Fairy. She's quite flattered and is even quite conscious of her pink fur.

Maybe her human partner did have the right idea of giving her a bath every other day.

Are you here by yourself? Did you want to hang out with us? ]

[ Well there are other people from the human he has a partnership with here... but no, he's here by himself, for the most part. So he nods, and-

[ Pinky looks ecstatic that there's someone new (that doesn't drive her up the wall), so she pretty much accepts him to hang out with them.

Puffy is annoyed that Pinky's attention is now on this new guy, but his eyes are on that unlit cigar.

Do you actually smoke that thing? ]

[ Gunther takes it out of his mouth and examines it. And then ...

Not yet. I've only just found one today. ]
