[The music is lively and the taps are open and flowing freely at Teeter's. It's a fantastic place to unwind after a long day of running errands. Hawke's got a table to himself where he can watch the dancing and keep his puppy pack contained and out from underfoot, away from the other patrons.

If he sees a familiar face, he'll wave and extend an invitation to join him.

If he sees an unfamiliar face, he'll pretty much do exactly the same thing, because that's how he rolls.]

[Wow that is one intense, scary face.]

...I take it that's a "no".

[A small pause, before she finishes studying Hawke, seemingly disapprovingly.]

That would not have been my answer. Who are you?

[hawkethat]

[Well, that's a pleasant surprise.]

My name's Hawke.

[As he introduces himself a fluffy-faced Lillipup pops into view at the edge of the table, having climbed into Hawke's lap from underneath. He ignores her for the moment, though.]

[Satsuki focuses her attention on the Pokemon for a second, before nodding in acknowledgement]

I am Kiryuuin Satsuki. I do not believe we have met before.

[hawkethat]

I don't think we have.

[Actually, he knows it. He definitely would have remembered someone with such a severe face.]

It's a pleasure.

[Another court nod, and... a bit of awkward silence. Satsuki isn't very good at small talk.]

Why did you call out to me?

I haven't seen you around before. It'd be impolite not to say hello.
