action; TINY DRAGON-TYPE AND YOU

[ I forget if there's a thing for action logs but here we go.

Hans is glad to be back in Union-- hell, he's especially glad that he didn't have to lift a finger while he was in Caldera because wow. Hopefully tales of his awesomeness have spread throughout the city by now, but he honestly just wants to take a break.

The best thing to really relax is to shift, obviously. So if you should find yourself walking around Union, you may just run into a cute little Axew that is just walking around with his buddy, Sitron, a Rapidash that looks... well, just like any other Rapidash. So he's laying low. Right.

Shhh, as long as he just goes for a walk people won't know he's a shifter! That's the plan, anyway. I mean, aside from his little pink scarf, he's just like any other pokemon wandering around the city.

Maybe he just got away from his master, that's all. ]

((aka: If you've ever wanted to taunt Hans/have cute pokemon shenanigans, now is the time. Name the place and the time and feel free to bump into him or notice him or whatever floats your boat! ))

[Ruby finishes off his brushing, leaving the Rapidash looking shinier than before, a gleam to his coat. The make up is kind of ridiculous, but he's eleven and has some strange taste for a boy. Still, somehow it looks okay.]

[ Well, Sitron certainly looks happy, even if Hans isn't sure what to make of the whole thing. He rubs his head up against him in thanks. Hans has to chuckle at that-- a cute, tiny axew chuckle. ]

That's an admirable way to live, I guess. Looking good is really important, it can affect how people treat you.

[ Kind of like how right now everybody's treating Hans like a child because he's so cute and small. ]

[ Hans huffs, proud more than anything else. ]

If I could reach, I would have done that for Sitron, myself... But I guess I'll have to just tell my trainer what to do next time he calls one of us,

[Whoops, here we go. He reaches forward, lifting the Dragon Type up under Hans's arms to ...Sitron level, handing him the paddle brush.]

[ asdfghjkl people with their picking him up like he's some sort of doll! Hans panick for a few seconds before calming down again, leveling Ruby with a stern glare. ]

W-warn me next time!

[ Or don't. Sitron thought it was pretty hilarious. ]

[Ruby's positively sparkling as he takes out... a stone? A pumice stone to be exactly, soft and worn from use. He starts to rub Hans's scales with it gently, smoothing over any dry patches and shining them.]

You must train a lot, you have a lot of ragged scales.

[ omfg this is fucking mortifying. He's being polished. I mean, okay, Hans is all about feeling good and looking good but Ruby pls. Hans would freak out if he didn't have to maintain his cover...... ]

Thank you... [ He says, reluctantly. He can't even be like "I'm not cute!" because he's heard it enough times to know it's true. ]

Well, um... yeah. I'm actually pretty strong, even if I don't look it!

[Ruby is totally oblivious. If he knew Hans was a shifter, he'd never do this... but neither of them have given him any idea that he isn't just a Pokemon so he keeps on grooming him.]

Even if you're a strong battler you should take care of yourself.

[ Gosh, who do you think he is, Ruby? ]

I just... don't fight super often, y'know. Mostly just training.

[ More like, he'd have to go to his family to get his scales groomed and like hell he's doing that. ]

You must train really hard, then... That's too bad, you'll probably evolve and get super un-cute.

[Ruby looks woeful, sighing dramatically. He makes sure Hans's scales are all shiny and smooth before handing him the pumice stone.]

You can keep it.

I'm not a huge fan of being cute, to be honest.

[ He frowns. Being cute is fine when you're a kid, but Hans is literally an adult, Ruby. Though the gift is thoughtful... ]

But thank you. I'll give it to my trainer so he can use it later, too.

[Coco purrs at the praise, shaking her little tail happily.]
