[ I forget if there's a thing for action logs but here we go.

Hans is glad to be back in Union-- hell, he's especially glad that he didn't have to lift a finger while he was in Caldera because wow. Hopefully tales of his awesomeness have spread throughout the city by now, but he honestly just wants to take a break.

The best thing to really relax is to shift, obviously. So if you should find yourself walking around Union, you may just run into a cute little Axew that is just walking around with his buddy, Sitron, a Rapidash that looks... well, just like any other Rapidash. So he's laying low. Right.

Shhh, as long as he just goes for a walk people won't know he's a shifter! That's the plan, anyway. I mean, aside from his little pink scarf, he's just like any other pokemon wandering around the city.

Maybe he just got away from his master, that's all. ]

[Simple enough. Maya's weird; she takes it for what it is.]

So, what're your names?

This is Sitron. And I'm Kristoff.

[ That's totally his name, yeah. Y'know, Hans can be pretty okay when it comes to lying and being nice to his Rapidash, at least. ]

Sitron is from the desert, so I was showing him around.

Huh! No wonder. I mean, I've never seen a rapidash around there, so.

[That's almost nice, little thing.]

Aren't you sweet, being a tour guide.

Yeah! I've lived here a long time, so I know this place really well.

[ He practically buffs up with pride at that. Gosh, he can be as show-offy as he wants when he doesn't have to worry about keeping up that perfect reputation of his. ]

There'll probably be a lot more rapidash around the city soon. I think they were popular with the people in Caldera.

[ Pretty damn knowledgeable for a pokemon, huh. ]

[He... sure is. Maya's going to play that angle for a bit, no big deal.]

Wow, you're pretty smart. I guess you were helping your friend up in Caldera?

I had to help with the supply lines, so, I mean. I'm a little unsure of what went down... Think you could help me?

[ Ain't missin' a beat. ]

That's right. Despite my looks, I'm pretty strong!

[ Which is true, though Sitron rolls his eyes a bit. He's technically stronger than Hans, y'know. Don't see him showing off. ]

Basically Team Evolution negotiated a meeting between us and the lady in charge of the Gigas army. Thanks to the attack on the supply lines, we were able to prove that we could put a major wrench in their plan to take over Caldera, so they gave up!

--Wow, and I bet a strong guy like you was tons of help, right?

[Maya puts a hand on her chin, grinning.]

Were you on the attack, or the negotiation?

My trainer was with the negotiators. It's thanks to them that Gigas pulled back!

[ Finally, a place he can gloat... with the excuse that he's proud of his Trainer, that is. ]

Whoa, your trainer's pretty important, then!

[This time, she's actually legitimately surprised.]

How'd he do it? Is he like, a commander or something?

That's right! He's really important. And really cool.

[ Oh man, the ego on this Axew... ]

I mean, it took a of of bluffing, and the Gigas lady was really rude, but he stuck with it and sent her packing! Uh, him and everybody else...

...What's this guy's name? I mean... I've never heard of him.

[But that's because she's been spending her time fixing up the school...]

[ He can't hesitate. That'd be even more suspicious. Looks like he'll have to just bite the bullet. ]

His name is Hans! Like I said, he's really cool.

[ Let the real lying begin... ]

Isn't he some kind of noble or something?

I guess so? I don't really get that human stuff very much.

[ Smooth, Hans. Smooth. ]

Yeaaah, I don't get it either. That's okay.

I've gotta meet this guy sometime, though, he sounds so smart. Like-- like a real hero!

He's really great!! Everybody in that Swords thing likes him!

[ Hans, you should probably go, this is really only going to get worse. ]

Are you in any groups like that? Nobles or, uh... Ranged-ers?

[Poor thing's trying so hard, but Maya's already got her suspicions.]

...Sooorta. My family was nobility [or as noble as residents of a literal ghost town could get] for a while but, uh, everyone kind of forgot because of this whoole big incident a few years ago--

It's kind of a long story. Not too interesting.

[ Hans could talk about himself like this for hours. It's a little (a lot) pathetic. Still, he tilts his cute little head-- this is the first he's heard of it. ]

Sounds boring.

[ But a pokemon wouldn't care.......... ]

Sure is. Not that I was planning on telling you.

Though, maybe I'll talk it over with that Kristoph guy. [Was that on purpose? yes.]

[ Master liar Hans wouldn't make so simple a mistake! ]

[You underestimate how stupid she's willing to let herself look, Hans.]

What? No, no, I totally got it right. Hans is the rapidash!

And you're Sitron. I totally heard you right the first time, didn't I?

[ He's too invested now, he's not gonna slip!! ]

I think I would know. I'm Kristoff, and this is Sitron! It's not that hard.

Okay, okay, I got it, I promise.

[That smile says something else, though.]

The rapidash is Sitron, you're Hans, and your trainer's name is Kristoff.

[Now she's not even caring if she's wrong or right. She's just being an ass.]

[ Hans throws his adorable tiny arms in the air, shrugging ~~adorably~~ dramatically. ]

I give up. You're hopeless.

[ At least Sitron thinks it's funny. Hans kinda deserves it a lot of the time. ]

[That just makes Maya start giggling, a haunting and hollow sound as though her voice is on the inside of a bell, which just makes Kika seem startled.

Evolution just makes you creepier sometimes.]

Maybe, maybe not.

I suppose I should let you go on your way, though...
