[There's another pause, before:]

...I assume nothing major has happened within the past week or two, but if I'm mistaken, I'd also appreciate it if someone brought me up to speed.

[Whatever she had been asked about, it seemed to be important to this other girl, and Ingrid does feel a little bad for it. Of course, she isn't exactly the best at being comforting...]

Thank you but no. If you haven't guessed, I also have superhuman strength and red hair. I am told it is a trait common to my people, but I've never really been able to meet any others.
