No, nothing in particular. I mostly wanted to get to the bottom of that curiosity.

Seems that way. But now I'm curious about your training regimen.

It's not particularly exciting. I usually divide my combat training from my physical training, since I can't hit just anyone at full strength. I was focused on the latter this past week.

A prudent approach. But this week should be combat, no? I want to see what you can do firsthand.
