The evacuation of the wounded and those who are unfit to fight continues onto the fourth day. Supplies continue to come in but there are specific items that Caldera needs. The only way that Caldera is obtain these supplies was from those in Union. A female by the name of Barbara "Barb" Flannigan had been the one in charge of both the refugees as well as incoming supplies. Bright and early in the morning, before they were to continue their tasks, she summoned those who have been helping with the refugees, supplies, and any others who wish to hear what she says. Once everyone is assembled she doesn't waste any time before she dived right into business.

"I am Barb Flannigan. While I should thank everyone for the help you have given us so far we still have a long way to go before we're safe. There are still many here that need help getting back to your city, and Caldera is in need of several supplies that we cannot gather here."

A clipboard is given to her by another soldier and she reads off the list.

"Food, Water, Several types of Metals, including Iron, Bronze, and Silver, Hard scales, Several types of Crystal including Fire, Water, Light, Dark, Electric, Leaf-- How many Crystals do we need?"

She furrowed a brow, sighed, and gave the clipboard back to the soldier.

"General Ironborn seems to have full faith that you will be able to bring these items and help all our refugees to safely. So for the benefit of everyone there is now a line of communication to and from our cities. I want to see it used immediately by those who are here and those back in your city to help gather the materials we need.

If you wish to speak with me I will be continuing my assistance with the refugees. You all have done well; do not slack off now."

[ OOC: Anyone who is helping Barb - or even those who aren't - may find her anywhere where there are refugees or supplies and are welcome to ask her questions about the supplies needed, the refugees, communication line, Caldera, or anything else. Those who are Analysts will notice that she is a 'enlightened'.

Also, as mentioned there is now a communication line where those in Caldera can communication to those in Union. Use this to your advantage to plan out what to do, items to grab, strategies, so on and so forth whether in this post or in your own. ]

[He knew he should've just holed up at the port until this was over. He probably wouldn't have been ordered to help if he had. It wasn't like helping to coordinate materials supply lines needed an Engineer.]

Is this Barb Flannigan? I'm Banzu, an Engineer in Union. I've got a list of stuff you need. Looking for some clarifications on some things, make sure you get what you're asking for.

This is Barb. What are these clarifications you are looking for?

First off, you'll get iron in the next caravan. The bronze and silver though... we aren't exactly rolling in silver over here. What do you need it and the bronze for? I might be able to make a substitute to get more of it over and faster if there's something with similar properties to what you need.

Good. Then I will expect the iron soon. The majority of any bronze and silver we receive will be used for weaponry and armor. What will these substitutes be built of.

Weapons and armor, huh? Damn. Not much that can be substituted then. We use a lot of iron, but not as much bronze. Got a good supply of copper though, so we're halfway there. Gotta look into it, see if we can pump out more bronze faster. No promises. You might end up with a load of copper and tin instead.

[His hand goes over the mic, but the muttering sounds like he's telling someone to ask someone else about bronze and silver.]

Other thing: Crystals. We're guessing those are stones that make Pokémon evolve? And hard scales; dunno what those are. Might be a terminology problem.

Hmph. I suppose copper and tin could do the job as it is better than nothing. Ideally we would like at least enough bronze and silver for those who truly need weapons and armor. The rest of us can just fight with our willpower and fists.

Not exactly. While they are the primary component to the evolution stones they are not the stones themselves. We live in a mountain surrounding by a dessert so there are not many water types here. However, we hear that there are some Pokemon with scales that can be made to have other uses. We would like to try and use them to our advantage but only if these scales can be obtained without bringing harm to the Pokemon.

[Banzu snaps his fingers.]

Right, those. I'd heard some of the other Engineers'd figured out how to make some of the stones with crystals a while ago, but I ain't had a chance to read up on it yet. Our people and your people're gonna hafta sit down and talk at some point. Sounds like you guys know how to make more stones than we do.

Anyway, problem is most evolution stones around here either get used as soon as they're found or're kept in private hands. Pretty sure we wouldn't have many crystals kicking around right now either.

I'll put out the word for people to bring in any stones they've got lying around and to search for crystals and hard scales, and I'll look into getting more bronze and silver, but I ain't gonna promise anything I'm not sure I can deliver. You'll get iron, food, and water for sure. For the other stuff I'll say you can expect something, but I won't promise it'll be everything you ever dreamed of.

Perhaps so, but first we must make sure that we aren't taken over by Gigas otherwise there is little point is discussing evolution stones.

Find what you can. Perhaps you have simply missed where you can gather some of these crystals. Your city seems to have more access to other areas than we currently do and the desert nor the mountain have much.

I hear that the Pokemon "Feebas" might be able to provide you with some scales. If not, then even scales from a Magikarp could be proven useful. I will thank you all for your efforts once we have enough resources in our city.

Wouldn't surprise me if people've missed something. People have to have walked past some of the stuff we've found recently hundreds of times without seeing it.

Admittedly I have had soldiers who have done the same so it does not surprise me either.

Tin and Copper are both good. Any other metals and materials that can also be used for weaponry or armor would also be of value.
