The creature screeches in confusion and rage when both attacks hit, the Confuse Ray addling it's senses and the now ice-typed Weather Ball reinforcing the icy binds on it's legs.

Lashing out furiously with it's arms, it levelled the cannon mounted on it's back and fired off a Signal Beam in retaliation!
