The great dragon struggles in spite of its words, and the winds around the Valkyrie die away as her hand drops. Gwendolyn can feel herself sag forwards, right hand moving to support her broken arm, even as she squints up at the foul beast. This.. Fallen God. What else could it be, to turn men and pokemon upon one another in defiance of the Gods' Pact with man?
But Kyurem is still angry, and Gwendolyn realises the danger almost too late as the bright light forms. Compared to earlier, she's struggling to get higher aloft when the Giga Impact strikes, but though the jump she makes is weak indeed, she manages to move out of direct line of fire.
Into the indirect danger, shockwave of that powerful move throwing her off course to slam her broken-arm-first into a nearby building. She can't hide the scream of pain, crumpling entirely once she hits the ground proper, and she remains slumped there until she can pull herself together again.
The mental link blessing is still, thankfully, active. She at least tries to keep the sense of pain to a distant underscore. ]
