The appearance of the shadow Yosuke is just as befuddling and upsetting as the shadow of herself. Yukiko's mouth hangs open for an instant, but when he keeps spouting off about how much of a disappointment her friend is, her mouth thins into a line.

"You take that back," she says angrily, glaring at the shadow. "He is my friend. And that's all there is to it."

Her shadow trills a laugh, covering her mouth as she does.

"Hah! That's a laugh! You only like him because he worships the ground you walk on! You're just begging for attention, waiting on your prince to carry you away."
