Asemu doesn't speak in reply, preferring to take action instead. He orders Bullet to swoop down, then carefully (it is ice, after all) makes his way over to Rise, picks her up in his arms, and climbs back onto his Talonflame's back. Bullet, not wanting to spend too long on the ice himself, takes off immediately thereafter, with Asemu firmly holding Rise in place between Bullet's back and his arms as he wraps them around Bullet's neck.

In the meantime, Kou has begun swimming around and using his jaws to carefully lift people out of the water and deposit them on the ice.
