[Gordon turns at the commotion over by Martin's body, having been scanning the horizon. He sees the Squirtle shaking the unconscious, wet Martin, and puts the pieces together.]
Mike! Leave Martin alone.
I was just trying to help~
[Gordon sighs. Not being Enlightened at all, and especially not those gifted with the ability to communicate directly with pokémon, he has to go off the Squirtle's dramatic, somewhat flailing body language. It's a bit high energy, but the pokémon is pretty good at charades, though his impression of the unconscious Martin might not exactly be flattering, what with the tongue hanging out of the mouth and the vacant gaze.]
Helping is one thing, but you were bothering him, and you got his Growlithe soaked too. Doesn't feel very good when Lauren's doing it to you, does it?
[The Squirtle lets out a little pout, crossing it's arms, but seems to concede the point. He turns to Prisca.]
I was actually talking to the ghost boy. Or... are they more an extension of you than...
[He gestures to their surroundings.]
Natives.
[Things having calmed down somewhat, he walks back to his gun and, eyes on the Lucario, he carefully, slowly, picks up his gun, putting it away with a practiced ease that speaks of proficiency.]
