I remember what I shouldn't / (Backdated to jan 22nd)
Who: Ichigo, Maya, Kuzuryu, and anyone else who goes to the Kurain school at that time.
When: 1/22
What: Ichigo's gone down into the old city and remembered where and how he died. And now, he's stuck as an Aegislash for the foreseeable future. Whoops.
Warnings: Sad sword ghost and mentions of death? Swearing too, probably.
[He remembered. And he really shouldn't have.
Why didn't he listen to his gut on this? That roiling uneasiness whenever he thought about heading down into the old city normally stopped him, but Gordon-san had wanted to go down there...And he'd just wanted to help. Sometimes, he felt absolutely desperate to help, to try and make up for -
make up for what? He didn't know what it was in the past, but now....now he knew.
And he didn't want to know.
It was in silence that Ichigo made his way back to the Kurain school, floating off the ground like all ghost pokemon. Just like he'd been locked in his human form before, now he couldn't change back to being a human if he tried.
And honestly? He didn't want to try. He didn't want to be human, because the last time he was-
Yukiko, his Froslass, floated by his side, looking worried as he kept his single yellow eye down to the ground, black and orange tassels clinging tightly to his body. When he finally reached home, he couldn't stop himself from giving an automatic response -]
I'm home...
[The words were only able to be heard in someone's head if they came nearby - and with how big the School was, he doubted anyone would hear him. The words were undeniably in Ichigo's voice, but...there was a disheartened, depressed tone to them that was so unlike how he normally was.
After saying that, he headed off towards his room - to go and handle this alone, like he always did. It was his burden, after all - no one else needed to be weighed down with the pain of his memories.
But...there was one Pokemon that wasn't going to allow this. After a moment of deciding what to do, Yukiko made up her mind - and began to make her way deeper into the building, determined to find someone who she could bring back to see her Trainer. He needed help - and if he wasn't going to reach out for it, then she'd simply have to bring it to him.]

no subject
Yukiko.
[He frowns a little, since it's a bit odd to see her before the kid. When did they even get back?]
Something the matter?
