"Let me see what I can do," Elly said. She walked forward, raising a hand up, and held it out towards the Magnemite. She looked at it, tilting her head sideways, and nodded once. "We're not going to hurt you. See? Everything will be fine."

A few tense moments passed; the Magnemite stared down at Elly and Ashlynn both. Then, the lightning stopped crackling over the two magnet-like limbs, and it floated up -- and then bobbed off, away from the two of them, back into the crowd. Elly let out a sigh of relief, then, and shook her head before she glanced sideways at Ashlynn.

She flashed a quick smile at her.

"That was close," she admitted. "I'm glad that you came when you did. For my sake and--" She glanced at the Seedot, rolling up to rejoin the both of them. "--Five-Iron's, too."
