[When the earthquake hit, the first thing that Flemming did was rush home to make sure that his daughter was well. She was fine. A little frazzled from something falling off of the wall and clinging to her grandmother, but fine. It was a relief, but after a brief stay he was outside, hoping that he could be on alert for any guardsman who could tell him the damage.
He was an engineer, he couldn't fix the gas leaks, but he needed to be on scene as soon as the leaks were fixed to help with the structure.
He may have been better suited to making objects, but if the towers had any structure issues at all... well, it could be bad. Very bad. He needed to know, if at all possible, and catching anyone who could know anything at all, even if he needed to follow them would do fine.]
