[Sora had been to the Lake Shrine once before, it was where he had met Elhaym. He decided to come back to train, since even though he wanted to go to the canyon- it was a out of his league still. And so there he was, Pokemon and axe in hand, ready to put in a hard's day work]

[Except not quite. It's been hard to focus the past couple days, so it's not long before he gets distracted. And so he's easily found in front of the shrine, lost in thought while his Pokemon wander nearby]

A shrine where the dead can appear...

[He crosses his arms as he watches the shrine and after a moment, frowns a bit disappointed]

Nope, none yet. Maybe it's at night?

[Action - Medical Center]

[After he got through a few hours of training, Sora's managed to accumulate a few cuts and bruises from various fights - the most notable one being a scrape on his cheek. None of it is anything serious, just a mix of usual training troubles and a certain level of carelessness. Normally, he wouldn't even bother the Medical Center with it. In fact he's still planning not to bother the Medical Center with it. He can buy bandages from a pharmacy for all he cares.]

[But he did make a promise to Roxas that he'd come back, as well as see Lucas again. And so he can be found in the Medical Center, trying to find either one. And....possibly getting lost in the process. Why do all these halls look the same again?!]

[ Well if you can fight a tiny turtle you can handle a little ice. Roxas nods his head and looks in the direction they will be heading. ]

[ No need for you to get yourself lost when you're with Roxas. He starts walking in the direction of the cafeteria. Luckily it isn't far from where they were currently standing. It doesn't take them long to get there. ]

Bertholdt... [His voice is low, quiet, like he doesn't wish to speak.]

I-If you'll excuse me... [He's not perfect at reading human emotion but he knows when he's not wanted. In his mind he feel assertive but on the out you can tell he's snacking slightly. It's nice to know the contact will soon be over..]

[lalala following and looking around at the surroundings! When they get there, he heads over to the ice machine and wraps some up in a papertowel. He puts it against his biggest bruise on his arm and turns back to Roxas]

- There! Better?

[ Roxas nods his head after Sora finished getting his ice. ]

Better.

[ Now that you have your ice.... what now. There isn't much to do around here. ]

[Yep, he's starting to think the same thing.]

Hmmm... [Oh wait they are in a cafeteria!] Oh I know! Does this place serve ice cream?

Mm-hmm. Nothing to worry about. Oh, you are?

[She meant to ask about Roxas, actually, but a potentially hurt or sick friend sounds a little more serious than that.]

Oh, I hope they're okay.

[Even if you make him feel uneasy. The guy hasn't done anything, so he's polite. But...ngh. he should just go find his brother]

[He bites his lip a little. This is still really awkward for him]

[Elly misreads the awkwardness as nervousness. The blanks she fills in are wrong, in this case; she assumes someone must have been injured worse than most, and their condition is far from certain. She frowns for a moment, then she steps closer and puts a hand on Sora's shoulder.]

Hey... [She smiles, then, trying to look reassuring.] Don't worry, Sora. They're going to be okay. The healers here are the best in Union. They've helped a lot of people through a lot of things.

[She just stands there trying to comprehend.]

[Then why is my brother just a shell, he can't help but think bitterly. He knows it isn't fair, the doctors really have been trying their best. If anything, things might be his fault for not being there for Roxas sooner.]

[But he doesn't want to worry Elly, so he'll look at her]

Yeah, I know. They're not in any danger. Just...not ready to be on their own yet.

Between lunch and dinner and desert hour.

I dunno. Maybe he stole them from another trainer- he was a serious jerk.

Huh, so what happened to him?

[Peering at Sora...]

[........okay maybe after he's done paying for the coat he should save up for a watch]

[ Roxas nods and looks to where you can get food, drinks, and snacks. Including ice cream. ]

Order over there.

[heartstorage]

Okay! Just hold on a sec!

[he heads over to the counter and looks at the ice cream. He frowns a bit there's no sea-salt, but well, considering there's no sea here to get salt from that's probably understandable. Instead he just orders two chocolate and vanilla swirl cones, since that's...like two taste combo right?]

[Anyway, a few moments later when he finishes counting out what change he has for the cones- he comes back with two cones in hand and offers one to Roxas]

Here. They don't have your favorite, but I hope this'll do!

[he indicates at a table]

Let's go sit over there.

[Before you start standing and eating in the middle of the cafeteria because he's not sure with you zombie types]

[ Roxas just stands there and waits for Sora to come back with the Ice Cream.

He takes one of the cones as he considers what Sora had said. ]

My favorite...

[ He likes ice cream. But none of the flavors here he never did really consider a favorite. All of them were just about the same. So was there one that he liked more than any other flavor?

Roxas just nods is head a little to Sora's suggestion and will follow him to the table. Hey there is nothing with eating ice cream in the middle of the cafeteria ]
