Taking time out of their busy schedules of performing was a rare treat, and while they were coming close to closing night, the week off from performances were a welcome break. While her real intention of getting them all out was to get one person away from the theater: Ichiro Ogami. Preparations were being made even this far in advance, and she did not want to risk him finding out, being as perceptive (see: nosy) as he could be.

She had other reasons for wanting to head up to the mountains herself. It was written that mountains such as these were an ideal place to train ones mind and body, and she could go for some fresh air. She also wanted to work on helping Takeshi and Ken get over whatever animosity they seemed to hold for one another.

Reaching the foothills after a day of hiking, Sakura stretched. "Ahh, it feels good to get out and do some walking, doesn't it?" Says the one who doesn't have the pack with their tents and most of the supplies; that would be Mister Ogami.

[Bonding with Mawile right now is actually the furthest thing from her mind.

Sakura frowns deeply at its story. Looking up at the mountain, she nods. They were doing this. She was not about to let those Ursaring endanger any innocent passerbys.]

[The path is steep - but Mawile leads the way so Sakura can find the right handholds and footholds. It seems to know this area quite well. Eventually, after five or ten minutes of climbing, they'll make it up to a small ledge that perfectly overlooks the path and the grove of trees that the Ursaring consider their territory - it's easy to see now how Mawile had leapt in at the last moment.

The Ursaring aren't quite as good as climbing up sheer rock faces, but their growling can still be heard echoing up and down this area.]

[Thankful that Mawile knew this little hiding place, Sakura leans up against the wall of the cave, catching her breath. Running was one thing, but climbing straight up like that took a lot out of her.

...Right, it was probably pretty exhausting for Mawile too, and she did have the constant supply of Ken's snacks on her person, in case he decided to get impatient. Rummaging through her pockets, she pulls out a bag of dried berries and offers them to it with a smile.]

You must be tired, too. Here, help yourself.

[In the meantime, she would mess with her warp band a bit, sending out a message to her group that she ran into trouble, but would be back at camp soon, hopefully.]

How long do you think they'll be looking for us?

[Mawile will blink and take the berries with a nod of thanks. It will feed some to the mouth on the back of its head first before chowing down with its normal mouth.

Sakura's question is considered before Mawile holds up both hands with 5 fingers outstretched. It repeats this three times.

Probably fifteen minutes, to be safe.]

[That's probably normal. Two mouths eating. Sakura's going to try not to stare.

She watches the horizon, a frown on her face.]

They shouldn't be allowed to get away with this, especially if they're putting people and Pokémon's lives in danger. I wish there was something I could do, but I know I'm not strong enough yet...

[Mawile agrees. But there's not much it can do besides get in the way if they attack. This is where they live, after all.

Someone really needs to put that sign back up. It used to say 'Eastern Ursaring Habitat' and no one ever came near.]

[She couldn't really understand Mawile, but came to about the same thought.]

...I wonder if that sign was there to warn people about this place. Is that it? Maybe if we fix it, people will stop wandering out here and getting attacked.

[Mawile looks excited. Its second jaws clamp a few times as it nods to give an answer in the affirmative.]

My group doesn't have the supplies, but I can contact the rangers once we get back to Union.

[Right.]

You probably want to say here, right? Unless you want to come help us.

[...There is a slight pause.

Honestly there wasn't much going for it here. Dealing with angry Ursaring neighbors wasn't really a life choice it had consciously made more than it was an unfortunate necessity of having taken up residence right above them.

It certainly wanted to help put the sign up, but after that, it wouldn't mind moving elsewhere.

Maybe the Western Ursaring Habitat had Ursaring that didn't totally suck or something.]

[She already had her warp band out, offering that hand to the Mawile and smiling. They were pretty similar--they even had the same hairstyle... if Sakura's hair was also a second mouth.]

[Mawile has seen the Rangers use this before, but it isn't quite sure what exactly is entailed. The creature will slowly put out a hand and...
