[When Luke had begged his father to let him come to Caldera with him in the beginning of the year, to maybe see some new Pokemon, he hadn't expected him to take Natalia with them as well. His parents, more and more, were trying to separate him and his twin brother as if it would keep them from getting into trouble. Of course, that was impossible, but... It was kind of sad too. As much as he made fun of his brother and "hated" him, Luke missed Asch when he wasn't around. Perhaps it was their psychic link, their twin closeness, or something else. Luke wasn't sure, but at least he wouldn't be alone on the trip with his stuffy, grumpy father. Asch was stuffy and grumpy too, but at least he could talk back to him. The trip there was long and awkward and Luke had spent most of it sleeping. When they got there, Crimson told them in no uncertain terms that they were to stay in the city and if they left they would be punished severely. Still, it was more freedom than Luke had expected so soon after his grounding (he suspected his mother had something to do with it,) so he took it gratefully.]
