[The young man being broadcasted over the video seems exhausted, out of breathe and puffing for air just to feed his lungs those needed amounts. The sweat just dripping off his skin, Bertholdt looks as if he’s having a heatstroke. His body temperature is reaching dangerous levels for a human being and his consciousness is fading. Transforming at this point wouldn’t be possible unless his body forced him into one..

He’s had heatstroke before but nothing of his caliber..] I… I’m very.. sick..

[This is all his manages after turning on his wrap band. Anyone.. even if they don’t care at least other will know just in case something grave where to happen to him.] I can barley breath.. I don’t.. understand.. What’s wrong with me. [His condition only seemed to worsen by the second, the boy looks like he’s in total agony.

Sadly, he leaves no indication to where he is nor if his state is fatal. Eyes so dim he doesn’t even notice his wrap band is queuing out. Bertholdt can't remember the next few hours but when he does awaken he’ll be in for a surprise.

Sundrop, his Magby, his sister from years takes the wrap band. She’s not sure how it works or if she can help direct anyone to Bertholdt’s location but his condition is far worse than she’s ever seen. To a human her calls mean nothing but perhaps to the Pokemon with them they could communicate.] Magby! Magby Mag--! Mag..

'M-My brother, please, he shouldn’t be this sick!! I need help!!'

[It’s been a few days since Bertholdt frantic wrap band call..]

Hello everyone.. [His hair is longer.. The liner of his eyes tinned with red which was previously not there. His teeth growing jagged, nails growing longer..] Um.. I’m fine.

Sundrop evolved.. that’s nice.

[He looks so relaxed comparative to his last call.] I’ve grown as a shifter as well.. [Not one to tell the word what Pokemon he’s become, but Bertl can give value details. The teen is just happy to be alive.] I-I’m fine, my body was simply evolving..

[ Arietta hadn't tried to respond to the first video, mostly because that was the first time something on the Warpband caught her attention. It was never something that she paid attention too.

However, by the time the second video comes along, she had asked someone how to respond on it. ]

Shifters can grow? Are you sure that you're okay?

A-Apparently.. yes. [It's the girl from before.. Bertholdt wonders if it's be okay to ask about her sister and how things where going b-but he's far to shy to know if she should or if that'd be alright..]

During which my body underwent a heatstroke.. Normally when I learn new moves I'll heat up to a terrible degree too b-but.. this time um, perhaps I wasn't prepared.

....I-I'm fine now. It's over and I've... evolved. [It almost brings a smile..]

That sounds dangerous. But it's nice that you evolved. [ She remembers how happy some of her siblings were when they evolved. Though, to her, they got just bigger and fluffier. ]

Are you a lot stronger now? [ meanwhile there will be a Shinx paw attempting to paw at the bottom screen. He'll hear a mew-like sound as Liger tries express her concern as well. ]

...It was. [He wont lie.. if he were to finally evolve once again Bertholdt will have to prepare..] B-But it is nice.. [The smile on his face finally breaks.. Bertholdt's happy to just be alive.]

... And, yes, yes I have grown much stronger. [It's amazing how just evolving has made his stamina so much more fruitful.] I'm becoming strong enough to protect the things that matter most to me.

[... He notices the small Shinx at the edge of the screen, waving.] How are you? Your sister doing well?

You should try to be more prepared.. if it happens again. [ But she's glad that he's smiling. She isn't one to smile herself, but a very small one appears across her face as well. ] You can't protect anyone if you damage yourself evolving.

[ The Shinx taps her paw again the screen again in recognition. She's still too short to actually appear on it, but she'll speak louder to reply. Both of them are doing much better! And they have a new friend! ]

Next time.. I'll be evolving into a much bigger Pokemon. I'll have to be very careful so I'll prepare. [The Shinx is adorable.. it's nice to know not all human beings are surrounded by greed over power to be gained form Pokemon.] So you're right.. thank you.

If it wasn't for Sundrop no one would have been there for me.. I'm honored my sister was able to protect me in my time of need. Keep yours close too, help each other..

[ Meanwhile Liger falls out of view for a moment before fully appearing on the screen with a jump. All while yiping out, 'I will! It's my job!' ]

I'm not sure.. It know it won't be for a good long while though. [Honestly, it's hard to tell, he hadn't learned a new move in ages and then suddenly this happens. It's scary but Bertholdt will try and hide that fear.]

Yes..! Sundrop is her name, it's terrible that I had to worry her but.. I wasn't the only one to evolve either. That was the last video she'll ever be a Magby! [It's crazy for Bertl to even think about his sister as something other then a cute little ball of magma. He's sure she thinks the same about him as well..]

Sundrop is a cute name. What is she now? [ She's not familiar with fire pokemon evolution. ] I don't know what I would do if Liger evolved, but she doesn't want too either.

I shall um.. actually I've been meaning to ask. Are you by chance a shifter also? [She seems different form normal humans, Bertholdt can only wonder. After all, he isn't fond of his shifter status to be known.. others could share the same distaste.]

Some don't wish to evolve, I've known types that would rather live and die the way they are. However, some are simply more then ready.. The Scraggy that lives with us is always hoping to reach her limits. [He looks over to see Sundrop relaxing.] Sundrop.. [He smiles and flashes the band at her. She waves to the teen on the other end.]

[ she shakes her head. ] I'm not a shifter, I'm just a human. [ Also a different type of Enlightened, but she usually forgets that. ]

Mhm. Sparks wants to evolve, but I don't have the stone for it. I guess they all just have their different views. [ She tilts her head as he flashes the band at Sundrop. She'll shyly wave back; Sundrop looked really impressive. ] Sundrop looks strong. [ a beat ] Is Scraggy another fire Pokemon?

Stone evolution differs with each type, long ago before humans made these rocks into compact carry-on's Pokemon used to use large formations of these rocks to evolve. Like tremendous gashes in the earth some would stick out far, curl and twist. I'd love to see one some day.. [He has a whole history on them if you're ever interested.] She's grown stronger but her personality is much the same ahah.

Her name is Roxie but no she's not related.. we found her without a family or home one day so we took her in. You could say she's almost family, she's a dark and fighting type.

I was raised by pokemon since I was young. I like them better than humans. [ if she could be completely honest. ]

[ she.... understand almost none of that. ] So there might be a big one somewhere? It's good that she's still the same Pokemon, evolving shouldn't change that at all.

[Bertholdt gets that a lot, don't worry...] Somewhere, yes. I'd say your sister might feel more confident but most Pokemon don't change dramatically in personality. I'd say one of the only that I can think of are Pokemon like Magikarp. Gyarados are extremely, by nature, aggressive.

...She is. [That's so sweet, you're making Bertholdt feel like a.. mother (or father. Caretaker..)]

Mhm. [ she nods, it was weird having that in common with someone. As blunt as she was about saying that she preferred pokemon way much over people, it always felt like the person she was talking to didn't agree to the standard that she meant. ]

Maybe I'll look for it. [ if she can ever sneak out of the Union without permission shhh. ] Do you think? I know that she'll get more fluffy; like my other sisters. It's a big change from a Magikarp to a Gyarados, I can understand that.

If you find it.. you should tell me. [He wants to see it someday too, a real naturally created evolutionary stone..] I don't think she'll change much, no. Fluffier, bigger, confident. [The feeling used to share him, evovling.. but now it's almost warm to ponder on.]

I will. [ Unless she forgets, but she has a pretty good memory. ] If she evolves though, I won't be able to carry her any more. I'll miss that. [ But eventually she'd get to ride her, so that would be nice.

Meanwhile Ligar simply lets out a soft mew as to say evolving seemed like such a pain. ]

I can be, yes. [Bertholdt understand her for the most party, once you brush over the Shinx baby-talk.] Sundrop claims for Pokemon, it's a warm empowering emotion that is often triggered. She felt the need to protect me.. and a Cleffa apparently.

Yes, it stays with a Ranger in town and apparently tired to assist Sundrop during my evolution. Needless to say, their caretaker was very furious with me.. [For reasons he couldn't control? The Cleffa teleported thanks to metronome if he was told correctly.]

[ Liger nods offscreen before pawing at it once more. Yes! Therefore, she didn't need to ever evolve. ]

That isn't good. Is the Cleffa ok? [ let's be real, she doesn't care about the trainer at all. ]

[Cute... kitten... please, you're hurting him with how adorable you are.] Yes, Sundrop protected her well, not even a scratch. [Bertholdt doesn't either, don't worry.]
