~First Doubts~ [Open/Action]

In the short amount of time that Ahri had been around Union, she's learned many new things but has also found many more questions. So many things she wanted to know more about and still. Was it all worthwhile? Things around here were much different than in the forest, more exciting for sure but also more complicated. Sure being a mischievous vixen has proven to be incredibly fun but there's more that she'd like to experience. But in turn that had also made her doubt her place. That wouldn't last long however as she's always been partial to let her curiosity and need to satisfy it guide her actions.

For now however, she was laying about a grassy area, looking to the vast skies along with the towering structures of the city itself. Every now and then she'd take a nibble of a snack she had pilfered from one of the nearby shops after causing a bit of havoc and having a bit of fun.

For a few seconds, Fuuka just stared at Ahri before she started to panic! "I-I suppose so but thank you! You didn't need to do that, I think I'll eventually catch up! It just...takes me a while to run, that's all!" And yet, there was a hint of embarrassment behind those words.

As she scratched the side of her cheek, he began mumbling to herself. "But I guess I forgot about that for a moment. But I apologise, I didn't mean for you to come back and help me!"

Ahri smiled at her, "Hey, that's what friends are for right? We help each other out no matter how silly it may be." Or how dangerous she thought, though that was something that she'd have to experience yet to see if she'd hold to those words.

"Besides, I wouldn't leave a cutie like you hanging~" Look, she's picked up some mannerisms okay.

With a quick hug, she helped her through the crowd at an easy pace.

Despite her words, Fuuka still couldn't help but feel a bit guilty. However, she wasn't going to push Ahri away. Instead, she just smiled at her before chuckling. "Yeah, that is what friends are for! I just feel like I don't want to bother you." And especially if her health was going to be a problem...

Although, all her thoughts were quickly pushed aside the moment she heard something else! "Ah...c-cutie? Well, I don't know about that! I don't think I'm' cute enough to be called that...!"

No seriously, she wasn't!!

"Bah, if I find you a bother, I'll let you know~" Ahri winked, still smiling at her as they were just about at their destination.

At her comment however, Ahri chuckled and raised an eyebrow. "Of course you're a cutie. I don't know why you wouldn't think so." Because really, why would someone thing of themselves that way?

As they made their way to the building, Espurr was waiting by the front door before looking up at her partner with a worried look. While she knew she couldn't handle running that much, it still made her feel guilty knowing she forgot about it all.

However, until then? Fuuka just kept on mumbling. "Well, it's just that I'm really not! There are a lot of other um...cuties around outside of me...?"

Kid awaited patiently alongside Espurr, happily looking around while they waited. He wasn't too worried, he knew Ahri could help their new friend easy!

Ahri chuckled, "Hey now, just because there's other cuties doesn't mean you can't be one! I know I am~!" she winked and blew a kiss at Fuuka, "so I don't see why you don't think you are too when you are!" she smiled.

Now that was something Fuuka wasn't use to either! Or rather, she just wasn't use to people being so...bold! As Ahri blew a kiss at the poor girl, she immediately blushed before taking a few steps away from her!

"I-I...I um...I...." She mumbled to herself. She couldn't even dare to look at Ahri in the face anymore, that was just embarrassing!

Ahri giggled, smiling nonetheless and beckoned her over.

"It's okay, sorry I couldn't help myself." she giggled again and let Fuuka come over herself if she wanted. Turning to face the Pokemon, she smiled at both and squatted a little to be more at their level.

"Found anything yummy yet?"

To which Kid shook his head and laughed a bit. "Was waiting on you guys!"

In the meantime, Fuuka eventually did walk back closer to Ahri but the blush didn't go away just yet. Instead, she kept her gaze straight on the ground as her Espurr just raised an eyebrow at her.

Oh how her trainer blushed at the slightest hint of affection...

But she just smiled right back at Kid. "Don't forget to tell her we found a lot of them too! We need to show them right now!"

Ahri smiled warmly at her and grabbed for her hand, gently to not scare her. And if she pulled back she'd understand. Then, turning back to the Espurr and Kid, she giggled.

"Oh? You did? Well then I suppose we shouldn't wait around huh? I'm... pretty hungry actually." she laughed a bit.

Kid jumped in place excitedly and nodded, "Yeah! Let's take em!" He ran around the Espurr happily and waited for them to lead!

At first, the girl just stared at her grabbed hand in surprise before smiling to herself a little. "Sorry, I'm just...not use to having all of that before. It just seems...really embarrassing to me."

Although, now that she thought about it, just how in the world would she be able to handle a relationship with Yukiko at this rate?

But the cat Pokemon just smiled before leading the way to the open store market! With that, she pointed to a nearby store asking if they wanted to go to that one!

Ahri grinned but gave her a reassuring wink, "Well get used to it~ I'm as friendly as they come and you're so worth it. It's been so fun!" she exclaimed happily as she followed the Espurr.

"Sounds good to me little one~" with Kid following through and heading out! "YEAH! Let's eat! Woohoo! C'mon Espurr!"

"W-Well...I'm glad you think so! I hope that I won't disappoint you somehow!" She mumbled as she too followed the Pokemon.

Of course, the cat just ran toward the open store and started pointing to all the food left and right. While the worker there just giggled, Fuuka couldn't help but wonder if it was getting a bit too much.

"I hope they'll be okay, I don't want to get sick from eating so much..."

"Well you don't have to eat a lot~" Ahri mused as she looked at the food herself. "Only eat as much as you have to... Sometimes there's not much to go on, especially on some of the rougher seasons." She herself knew when to binge and when to conserve things for when times were scarce.

"I'm sure they'll be fine~"

"Well if you say so..." Fuuka mumbled to herself. After all, her parents always taught her not to eat so much. While it was for her own health, she didn't want her Pokemon to get sick like she did.

As her Espurr roamed around the store to get as much samples as she could, she found herself carrying a huge bag of them as she tired to walk back to her trainer! Although, she might want to watch out! She might end up tripping!

It's alright little Espurr, Kid just sidled up besides ya and is helping you out! All smiles and being the cute Eevee he is!

To which Ahri smiles, "They seem to have kicked it off to a good start hm~? Which is really good, we could use more friends around here since we're new."

While her Espurr was walking toward the both of them, Fuuka just giggled as she attempted to help her.

"Then mind if I ask where did you come from before?" Or was that considered rude to ask?

"I don't mind~" Ahri smiled.

"I used to live in the forest, near the really nice lake! It was nice and peaceful and relaxing most of the time. Everynow and then you'd see adventurers, but for the most part I kept to myself."

Now that made Fuuka raise an eyebrow at her. What does she mean by that? Whatever, it might be, she wasn't going to say anything and rather be polite.

"Then it sounds like you must had quite the life before coming here! Although, I hope that you would stay. The Union is a really peaceful place with a lot of adventurers here too.” However, there were a lot of conclusions that were running through Fuuka’s head though.

Fuuka should be free to inquire anything she wishes as Ahri's been fairly open with her!

"So I've seen! And, well, I haven't made my full decision yet, but it'd been pleasant so far. I mean, we did get to meet you guys~" Ahri smiled happily looking at both.

"So I guess we're leaning towards staying so far."

With that, Fuuka just giggled at her. "Well that's good! I wouldn't want to scare you away from this place!" She said before she grabbed a hold of what Espurr picked up.

"Because we really would like you to stay, it just seems like a good place to live in! And especially when you don't have to worry about rain all the time!" When Fuuka looked inside the bag, she gave it to Ahri.

"Do you see anything you like? You can keep it if you want!"

"I don't think you'd scare me away~ If anything you make me want to stay more." Ahri playfully replied with a bright smile.

"And rain's not so bad, so long as you don't stay long enough to get sick. It's actually fun and refreshing." Unless it was a rain attack and then she wouldn't be happy at all.

At her offer, Ahri's ears stood straight and her tails were happily swaying here and there. "You mean it?! I can keep them?!"

"Well, I hope the rain won't prevent you from staying here! If you like, maybe I can convince my parents somehow to let you stay with me if it gets bad!"

Or she could totally sneak her into the house, whatever works best!

However, Fuuka couldn't help give a giggle. "Of course, I wouldn't have said it if I didn't! It's all yours, you and Kid can keep it!"

"I'll be sure to keep that in mind~!" Because she didn't want to impose... BUT having the option open was very much appreciated!

At the mention of being able to keep the food, Ahri beamed happily and gave Fuuka a big hug. "Thank you so much!"

Kid was also bouncing happily.

Again, Fuuka wasn't expecting such a huge display of affection! Of course, her parents never really gave her that much affection to begin with but in front of so many others where they can see?

Well, hope Ahri doesn't mind that Fuuka is just going to stand here and just...has no idea what to do really!
