[ACTION | LOCKED TO RIN AND ROBIN]
[ There was a long discussion in the Chevalier household when they found the letter. Cordelia was far more worried than she would ever let on. Who was this "Miss Saber," and why did Rin feel it necessary to sneak off like that?!
The two adults discussed what they would do for quite some time, well into the evening. When the young magi finally made her way home, she would find that the lights in the main room were still on. Should Rin attempt to teleport her way into her room and avoid facing her guardians altogether, she will find a small addition to the note she left, in Cordelia's handwriting. ]
Please come downstairs. We wish to speak with you about your outing today.
[ Should she try to avoid that as well? She'll find Aura, Robin's Espeon, sitting peacefully on her bed as sentry. ]

Standing in the doorway she folds her arms before walking into the room. She pointedly doesn't sit. She knows better. Discipline in the Tohsaka household was often harsh and she expects it to be the same here. She doesn't say a word, either. That too had never sat well with Father. Defensively, the Pokemon fan out behind her, bracing for a breaking storm.]

Welcome home, Rin. It's rather late, wouldn't you say?

Later than I thought. It was a longer trip that I initially thought. But it's not my bed-time yet.
[There's that at least.]

[She's probably mentioned that several of the things keep on attacking her by now. Still, that's not a complete explanation. She huffs a tiny sigh.]
It seemed like a good opportunity, and I felt good about it. That's why. I knew I'd be protected, and I thought the potential rewards would be worth you and Cordelia being upset with me. Both as a magus, and as a Pokemon Trainer.
[Honest. She's that at least.]

I...guess not. This was stupid and I didn't think it through very clearly. I was just excited, I suppose. And I didn't want to bother either of you at work. You're both so important. [This too, is quite true. As far as she sees it. Her hand clutches her little compass, idly playing with it as she recites something else Father had said to her.]
I know I still have a lot to learn. Father says so too. But...opportunities are opportunities, and he told me that if I have one I should take it.
[And looking to Cordelia]
You should meet Miss Saber. She's a Doublade Shifter, and she's very kind and heroic.

Your magical training is progressing quite well, so that will be on hold for a moment. I have spoken with a contact of mine. For the next week, you will be working at the habitat. You will be there at 5:00 AM sharp, and it will be your responsibility to keep to the schedule and obey the orders of your supervisors. I think this will be good for you.

Yes, Mister Robin. I'll do that.
[And at the comment on smithing?]
That sounds interesting. What days will that be?

[She looks at the two of them, and then grabs hold of the Lunatone.]
We should be going to bed soon, then.

[ A beat and a sigh. She really was going soft in her old age. Maybe she was just tired. ]
Please don't run off like that again. If you wish to go somewhere, please tell us.

[She'll probably just...do it again anyway? Because that's how kids are, but maybe not as far.]

[He may be smiling but he's deadly serious here]

Right.
[And unless stopped? She'll just toddle off to bed.]
