I have a question for anyone who cares to answer it.

Would anyone be interested in starting a sort of...refuge-halfway house, or at least interested in helping me start one? I...I've had this idea for a while, but given what I've seen lately, I think now is a good time to see where this idea goes.

Yanno? That actually sounds like a really good idea.

[Considering that he recently wandered in from Caldera with little to his name but his clothes and some sandbagged funds and has been relying on odd jobs to put food on the table, Cliff was all for that idea.]

The actual builing of it might not be too bad, but what about the rest? How far are you planning on taking this?

That's a mighty high goal-- and that's why I'm curious 'bout how you're planning this. You just planning a shelter or a way of getting help with the other essentials and finding a job too?

A way of getting help--and an emergency shelter in the event of more disasters, like the earthquakes. Having a place to stay is one thing, but that isn't all it takes to help people.
