[Estelle's face pops up over the Warp Band network, looking quite pleased with herself. She grins down at it -- she's having fun playing with this technology, after all -- and then she nods down at it. Her Eevee is perched on her shoulder, staring down at the band, too. His tail is swishing side to side.]

Hey, Union! I ran into a few of you, but I thought I should say hi to everybody. I'm Estelle Bright.

[There's a cheerful, firm nod of her head.]

I'm a Seeker from Caldera. They said we're setting an office up here in Union and I'm a brand new recruit, so I'm here to help and uncover lost knowledge and all of those exciting things.

[Walking down the halls is a short blond. Or what might be a short blond. It might also be a stack of books with legs, it's hard to say.]

[Estelle's walking down the hall and stops in her tracks as she spots what might be a stack of books with legs. She stares a moment, mouth hanging open, as her brain searches for an answer.]

[Being Estelle, she hits the wrong one.]

...a-are you a Pokémon?

[The little Swinub by her feet groans and slumps its head down against the floor with embarrassment.]

W... wha--whoa!

[Lux tries to peek out from behind the books, which causes the stack to become unstable. Get ready for an avalanche of paper coming your way, Estelle!]

Kyaaah!

[Estelle yelps as the paper comes pouring down around her. She steps back -- and then starts trying to catch it. It doesn't work; Lilia the Swinub squeaks and darts back, as the papers fall atop Estelle, and leave it covering her.]

...uh...

Ohhhh, I'm so sorry! Are you all right?

[It's not a Pokemon, it's a person! A very flustered person, but a person nonetheless.]

I hit all of these books and didn't learn anything!

[Estelle sighs melodramatically, then she surfaces from the papers, and looks up at Lux -- and grins at her. It's somewhere between cheerful and sheepish.]

I'm fine, though. Uh, sorry about all your stuff.

[Lux tries, but she can't help but laugh really hard at that one.]

It's no problem, as long as you're all right.

[brandnewshoes]

[Laughter's infectious. It gets Estelle going; she laughs and stands up -- it makes the mess spread out more -- but then she looks at Lux and grins. She sticks a hand out.]

I'm right as rain! I'm Estelle. Estelle Bright!

[A glance down at the papers.]

What were these, anyways?

And does this office have an address?

[ HI is it just Haruka or is the lighting on her end of the Warp Band all shiny and sparkly? ]

[She's momentarily distracted because... sparkles! This is incredible. Estelle's smiling a little brighter.]

It sure does! Uh... but I'm kind of new to Union and I'm not sure what it is...

[ ...great. Haruka's disappointment doesn't show, however. ]

What a shame. [ She chuckles. ] I bet you're even cuter in person.

[Estelle totally preens down at the warp band. The Eevee on her shoulder gives her a look, because he knows what happens now when Estelle gets all cocky and proud like this.]

I am pretty cute!

[She beams down at the warp band, proudly. And then...]

[She turns red, then laughs and coughs at the same time, because that was super egotistical and maybe a little embarrassing to say.]

I-I mean. Maybe something a bit... less self-congratulatory...

[ Hey, it's only immodesty if it's false! And that whole reaction was super cute.

Another Eevee pokes his head into the frame. Hi! Hi! ] Vee!

[ He promptly gets a hand placed on his head. Watch it, kid. ] Are there any landmarks around it?

[ She'll welcome you to Union once her own mission of the day is fulfilled. Michiru seemed on board with the idea of infiltrating the Seekers. Operation get in good with the recruit is go. ]

[Estelle laughs when Adol pokes his head down to look at the warp band. She shakes her head, and then she scritches him behind the ears.]

Uh... it's in a giant tower? There's a lab in here, too...

[The university.]

[ Got it. What is this, an entire organization of people like Max? The things she does for her mission... ]

Good location. You'll have lots of resources at your disposal.

[ Her Eevee can't get comfortable in her lap. She moves the Warp Band so he can get a better look, which does take up quite a bit of this frame with Eevee. ] You said you're hi-

Eeeeeee!! [ Now there is nothing on the screen but an excited Eevee nose.

Shoot. Cuteblocked. ]

[OOC: Oops, some wires were crossed, it may not be the university but we can handwave and say that Estelle gave an appropriate landmark? I'm waiting to hear where it actually is.]

Awww, look at him! So cute!

[She grins big and wide, and Adol's hopping up and down excitedly on her shoulder. Estelle tilts her head to the side, while she looks at the screen.]

Uh, what were you saying?

[A woman with tattoos on her face appears on the feed to greet Estelle with a bright cheery smile.]

[There's also a Spiritomb looming ominously over her from behind and looking much less friendly as its ghostly laugh echoes through the air. Merrill frowns for a moment, looking back at it.]

You be quiet, now.

[Estelle doesn't see facial tattoos too often. She blinks -- and then she grins, because an energetic hello always deserves an answer in kind!]

[She's looking at the Spiritomb, curiously.]

[Merrill's clan doesn't come this way very often, either, so that's probably why.]

It's Merrill.

[The Spiritomb behind her looms and makes 'WOOM WOOM WOOM' sounds at the camera.]

[She grins widely and looks the Spiritomb for a second, then back at Merrill.]
