True to their word the Seekers lead the teams discretely through the winding streets of Gigas and into service entrances, gaining them admittance into the heart of Gigas’s political compound. Bringing them stealthily along the catwalks, the Union infiltrators were brought to the inner sanctum, close to the captive Gigases and their mission.

Sharp-looking soldiers in fatigues holding machine guns patrolled diligently, although their demeanor was not especially tense. It seemed no immediate operations were taking place at this time as no engineers were present. And in their enormous cages, the Gigases slept. Waiting.

Naia merely nods soberly in reply, barely passing a glance upon the group as they retreated. The door slammed shut behind them as soon as the last person was gone-- not without the party catching a glimpse of the visage that the Seeker had been trying to hide for their sake.

Indeed, their questions had been answered. Their place was now above ground.

Buyoued by shield of psychic energy that had been spared for them, the team would find the city around them in shambles when they arrived on the streets. The great skyscrapers of the city had been warped and twisted beyond recognition from other fights between other gods...and the people above were not so lucky as to have had a choice.

And choices were a luxury in such trying, chaotic times.
