[Levi has it set up so his Warp Band's video is facing the stove of his little apartment. He's on the other side, staring the camera down. There's a fry pan on the burner (not turned on, but it's hard to tell with the black and white feed,) and he's holding and egg over it. The Pokemon egg he got from the Breeding Center after the earthquakes.]

[It's trembling and there's cracking noises from the inside, glowing a little bit at the cracks that are slowly appearing. Obviously, whatever Pokemon is inside it is about to hatch and needs a little bit of help from Levi. He's obviously helping a lot. He gives the camera a sharp look, his eyebrows furrowing as he glares furiously, and gives the egg a rap of his talon claws. A visible crack appears and the egg starts to open at the bottom. He's holding it about a half a foot above the pan, so it's not a very long fall.]

[Still, when the Pokemon suddenly slides free of the egg with a sharp baby cry, it splats against the frying pan with a loud slapping noise. Levi swears a little... but only because its made a huge mess in his otherwise spotless kitchen. All for a dumb joke. The newly born Goomy burbles and slowly rights itself from the inside of the pan, purring up at Levi and drooling.]

Shit. I wasn't countin' on it being as messy as a fucking egg. I was gonna make a dumb breakfast joke too... What the fuck are you, anyway?

[The black and white feed doesn't do much for Kairi's love of the color pink or her red hair, sadly. But that's not important. She's smiling and waving excitedly. In the background, her Cleffa seems to have wrangled a Caterpie and a Seedot for a tiny tea party in the grass.]

Hi, everyone! I was finally able to leave the city a couple days ago and I made some new friends. I admit I'm not really an expert with grass or bug Pokémon, so I thought I'd ask other trainers for advice. Is there anything these Pokémon really enjoy eating, besides the usual? Or, hmm... games they like playing?

[She brushes a bit of hair behind her ear, thinking.]

Oh, right! Congratulations to everyone whose eggs hatched! All the little baby Pokémon are so cute... [♥♥♥] I hope I can get an egg of my own someday.

[Later on, Kairi is taking a break outside the Habitat. Because of her interest in becoming a caretaker, she likes to help out with odd jobs at the breeding center and the habitat. She plops down on top of the wooden box she was supposed to deliver, her Cleffa sprawled out in her lap.]

Phew! Talk about hard work. [She reaches down to tickle Minnie's belly, regardless of passersby. She's not in the way of traffic, but with her pink clothes and red hair, she sticks out a bit.] Takes a lot out of you, huh?

The room had several tables covered in components of the machines, most in various states of disassembly. The center of the room was dominated by one that was still mostly intact, which was under several powerful lights and carefully disconnected from the battery. It was a familiar room to everyone who had been working on unlocking its secrets.

They'd had a few weeks to do so, and now everyone had assembled to share the fruits of their labors.

Laulyse says it isn't saying much, so I don't feel that bad about barely understanding it.

And a quick run through of his things has proven that.. he doesn't really have baby suitable food anywhere. Maybe a giant bowl as well. He'd rather not keep the tympole in the sink.

*Yes... Imogen has on a headband that looks like animal ears. If you know the girl this is fairly normal for her. She's holding a baby Tyrogue in her arms who keeps punching at the air. The video in black and white probably saved everyone from Imogen's outfit.*

Hiiiiiiiiii, so this little guy just hatched! He doesn't have a name yet, but I'll work on that!

But, I was wondering if anyone knew a thing or two about fisticuffs? Cause, I figure learning how to walk and move like a fighting type is different from other types. And I move like a sneaky sneak so that wouldn't fit very well. I'd love some help on that front when he's a bit past newly hatched and all that!

*Imogen left Brighteyes and Sandtrap to babysit while she wandered the city looking for lost souls in need of help. In other words she was super bored and was looking for something more exciting to catch her attention. A new friend to make, a cute person to compliment, some Pokemon to talk to... Whatever works, right?*
